We will do everything we can to ensure your stay is as perfect as possible.  Please let us know of ways to improve our service.  Our terms and conditions of let are as follows:

1.        Lettings commence from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 11 am on the day of departure.

2.        Linen, towels, heat and light are included in the hire charge.

3.        For those travelling without a car, transport can be offered to and from  the nearest bus or train station and to the nearest supermarket on agreement. Provisions can be got in advance if requested (there is a very small village grocery shop)

4.        You have free access to the garden which is part of Shoreland House.  The garden is uneven underfoot and has unfenced drop areas so care is required. We cannot be held responsible for any injury sustained while using the garden. Smoking is permitted in the garden. Please use the ashtrays provided and empty them in the outside compost bin provided.

5.        Smoking is prohibited in the studio.

6.        Pets are not normally permitted apart from guide dogs.

7.        The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Breakages or missing items should be reported, and the cost of replacement may be requested.

8.        We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at any reasonable time and for any reasonable cause. We will make every endeavour to inform you in advance if we need to make entry.

9.        We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings, or injury sustained by the hirer during their stay in the accommodation. 

10.      Vehicles and contents are left in the carport at owners risk
